Look forward to a pleasant conversation with the exhibitors and seafood producers, and find seafood temptations to bring home. Just like at the world’s largest food exhibition, Grüne Woche in Berlin, you can buy tasting samples using tokens.

Ankeret Mat
Ankeret Mat AS is a small family business located on the tiny island of Kråkvåg, at the far end of the sea gap between Ørlandet and Hitra. They have, among other things, Ankersild, which was voted the year’s best new product during the Trøndersk Matfesival 2021. Try their wonderful herring products on sale.

The grocery chain Meny offers exciting tastings of fresh cod ceviche, mussels steamed in white wine, and spicy Slegge from ASK, along with crispy fried cod tongues and non-alcoholic drinks to complement the dishes.

The Sulten app
You’ve never tasted waffles like this! The Sulten app will serve delicious Japanese waffles. They are shaped like fish and are made with exciting flavors such as kimchi and cheese. The waffle batter is seasoned with kelp from Lofoten Seaweed.
