You will meet chefs from the renowned restaurants Fagn and Le Bistro, as well as some of Norway’s most prominent food influencers, including Ellen Aabol and Karen Elene Thorsen. Let yourself be inspired by the wild farmer Jim Andrè Stene, the creator of Trøndelag Sankeri, a favorite among the country’s top restaurants with its products. He brings a chef to demonstrate the potential of his wild plants through cooking.
