Don`t miss the Seafood Street Food Dinner

The kitchen at Clarion Hotel Trondheim will use locally sourced ingredients to prepare a seafood street food dinner in the hotel’s main dining room, Cosmos, providing a range of seafood dishes. In addition to good music, a pleasant atmosphere is guaranteed when Sjømatbedriftene host a prize distribution at the NM in seafood. The seafood competition has taken place for well over a week and with several categories. The winners will be awarded during the seafood street food dinner.

It is the ideal platform for us to display the wide range of fantastic seafood products available to Norwegian consumers, and to highlight the businesses producing excellent products. This applies to everything from large industrial companies to small craft businesses, according to the managing director, Robert H. Eriksson in Sjømatbedriftene.
