There are many good reasons to visit the seafood market during the Norway Seafood Festival. One of them is Domstein Sjømat, which invests generously when taking part in Norway's important seafood event.

– We participated in the Norway Seafood Festival last year, and are looking forward to showing off this year. The seafood market is a special place to engage with the public and talk about our products, of which we are incredibly proud, says Frederic Klev, head of the department at Domstein Seafood.

They supply fresh fish and seafood daily to large households and the grocery industry nationwide, and they are one of the largest seafood suppliers to the Norwegian market. For Domstein, sustainable management is absolutely central.

We strive to be the preferred option for environmentally conscious customers who value effective ocean resource management and a sustainable value chain, according to Klev.

Show cooking and art
Domstein Sjømat promises to excite visitors who come to the seafood market. In addition to the fish counter, there will be exciting tastings, creative features and show cooking.

– Some of  our exceptional producers have been welcomed to join. Among these is Ecofang from Tromsø, which harvests sea urchins. In addition, you can meet Nordic Halibut, renowned for its high-quality halibut, and Blåfjell from Lierne, which is a pioneer in land-based arctic char farming.  There will be fantastic tastings and show cooking.

The long-standing seafood producer values knowledge of marine life and believes that sharing this knowledge is essential for sustainable management. That is why Domstein Sjømat collaborates with a photographer.

– This photographer excels at documenting underwater life and will display his unique images at the seafood market. We are confident that the pictures will excite, and they can be purchased at the seafood market, Klev concludes.

You will meet Domstein Sjømat at the seafood market on March 16th and 17th at the Clarion Hotel Trondheim.
