Trøndelag Sankeri
Since 2019 Trøndelag Sankeri has supplied renowned restaurants and hotels in Trondheim and Oslo with plants, mushrooms, berries, seaweed and kelp. At Norway Seafood Festival, Trøndelag Sankeri will talk about the different types of seaweed and kelp found on the shore, and how this can be used in cooking. The lecture takes place at the Clarion Hotel Trondheim Brattøra on Saturday 4 March at 1 p.m.
