Norway has the world’s best seafood and is a leading consumer of seafood internationally. At the same time, we consume less and less seafood every year, and particularly among children and young people, the consumption drops significantly.

At Sjømat 2024, we address the challenging issues surrounding the reasons for the development and explore potential measures to reverse this trend. You will receive the latest consumer insights, and we will discuss important topics such as supply chains, reputation, sustainability, and other relevant subjects.

Seafood 2024 The future of seafood is a collaboration between the Norway Seafood Festival, NTNU Food Forum and the Business Association in the Trondheim region.
