-Trøndelag is a fantastic seafood region, and we are looking forward to tell more about Dolmøy Seafood to the citizens of Trondheim, says Emil Fjeldberg Elshaug.

The seafood producer is located in historic surroundings on Dolmøy in Hitra kommune, and will be part of the first Norway Seafood Festival in Trondheim from the 2.- 4. of March 2023.
The story behind
During Norway Seafood Festival, Dolmøy Seafood will be located in Ravnkloa and at Clarion Hotel Trondheim Brattøra. Here you can taste their salmon products, salt fish balls and trout, among other things. In addition, Fjeldberg Elshaug promises to share stories and useful knowledge to the visitors.
– It is very important for us to meet our customers face to face. That way, we get the opportunity to tell the stories behind the products, and not least to share knowledge and usefull tips, says Fjeldberg Elshaug.
Award winning producer
Fjeldberg Elshaug believes passion and the constant drive for the perfect taste is the secret behind Dolmøy Seafood’s success as a seafood producer.
We are not sloppy, and choose to focus on the authentic, natural flavors in all our products, says Fjeldberg Elshaug.
Dolmøy Seafood can boast several NM gold medals, and in 2022 Tuva’s special smoked salmon won the award for seafood product of the year during Trøndelag Food Festival. Dolmøy Seafood`s production manager Tuva Fredagsvik Bremnes developed the product.
