Saga serves a seafood-inspired tasting menu in warm surroundings. Saga is influenced by Scandinavian cuisine with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients.

During the week, it is possible to have a smaller version of the tasting menu, while on Friday and Saturday only the full menu is served.
