Conference Sjømat 2023
Norway Seafood Festival will be held in Trondheim for the first time in March 2023. At the new, annual seafood conference, there will be many interesting and exciting lectures.
Sjømat 2023 brings together the country’s leading science and business, to give an insight into what the future looks like. You will learn about new species such as sea sausage and kelp, what it takes to change consumer habits to demand more sustainable food, and more.
On the menu there will be wonderful ingredients from the sea!
