Fagn
Fagn has one star in the Michelin guide and the restaurant has a strong focus on using and preserving local suppliers, ingredients and food traditions. During the Norway Seafood Festival, Fagn will have extra focus on seafood. Fagn will offer from a 5-course menu consisting of everything that Trøndelag has of fish and shellfish. In addition, the star restaurant will arrange a champagne lunch on Saturday 4 March.
